Service Description
INFLU is a content intelligence platform that analyses publicly available Instagram data. We provide trend tracking, creator analytics, engagement scoring, and content discovery tools. The platform is designed for marketers, agencies, and brands seeking data-driven insights into social media performance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use INFLU. Each person may hold only one account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the INFLU platform; resell, redistribute, or sublicense INFLU data without written permission; use automated tools to access the service beyond normal browser usage; interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
INFLU does not claim ownership of Instagram content displayed on the platform. We licence our analytics, scoring algorithms, and platform features. The INFLU user interface, branding, scoring methodology, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFLU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
